House Passes Wall Street Rescue Package - Legislation Goes to Bush

WASHINGTON - The House of Representatives on Friday passed a $700 billion financial industry rescue bill by a vote of 263-171.

The landmark legislation now goes to President George W. Bush, who is expected to sign it into law.
